I love many English songs that I can't choose the favorite one. "Westlife" is one of my favorite groups. This song is meaningful to me. When I was junior student, our school gave a English singing contest. We choose this song, and practiced it almost every single day before the contest. I even don't remember the result of the contest, but it's not important. The important thing is that the memory is always in our mind. When the song is played again, we remind each other again.

This is my favorite part of the song. These words are easy to understand, and also very powerful. It's really touch my heart.

Assignment #6 Steve Jobs' Talk

I was lucky that I also found what I wanted to do early in my life just like Steve Jobs. But after listening to his talk, I looking back. Then I also found out that I seem to not value highly my time to achieve my dream. I realized that not every course you have learned in the school can help you unless you really sure that's what you want. But I do believe that it is not all uselessness to you. If you decide to spend your time to the class, you will definitely learned something you don't know before.
We are all very lucky that we can spend less money studying in college. We should treasure it.
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life." Steve Jobs says.
 Everyone knows about the truth, but just a few people put it into action.
I hope that I can do my best in my future. Hope we all can achieve our dreams just like Steve Jobs.

My English listening is not good. I have learned it so many years. Before this class, I didn't know so many way to improve my English listening. ESL Randall's Cyber Listening Lab is a very convenience, and it’s also a good web to make your English listening better. You can also do an exercise after you practice many different kinds of conversations. It’s really an useful resource for who wants to practice English listening.
